How can we help?
Pick a topic, or email support@ualarm.app — we read everything.
Alarm didn't ring?
- Check the warning card at the top of the alarm list — uAlarm shows one whenever the system won't let alarms fire, and tapping it opens the right Settings page.
- Make sure notifications and the alarm permission are allowed for uAlarm, and your volume isn't at zero.
- A phone that was powered off or out of battery at alarm time cannot ring — no alarm app can work around that.
Still wrong? Email us with your iOS version and roughly when the alarm was set to fire, and we'll dig in.
Billing & subscription
Subscriptions are handled by Apple, so they're managed from your Apple account, not inside uAlarm:
- Open Settings on your iPhone → tap your name → Subscriptions, or go straight to apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
- Choose uAlarm and pick a different plan, or tap Cancel Subscription.
Cancelling keeps your plan active until the end of the period you already paid for. To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel at least 24 hours before it renews.
Refunds for App Store purchases are decided by Apple. Ask at reportaproblem.apple.com — sign in with your Apple ID, find the uAlarm purchase, and choose "Request a refund".
